Waterloo

Here was the greatest battle in a hundred years of war. Great battlefields are haunting. If you have ever been to one you probably have felt it. I have had the same feeling here as I had at Gettysburg and the Little Big Horn. No doubt it's a reverence for the memory rather than anything supernatural. We should be no less impressed in the manner in which these places and events have sent ripples through time, only that they have. Pictures.
